Stress & Overwhelm

When life feels like too much, it can be hard to slow down long enough to understand what’s really going on. You might find yourself constantly on edge, struggling to switch off, or feeling like you’re always behind—even when you're doing your best to keep up.

Stress can come from many places: work pressure, family responsibilities, unexpected change, or the quiet accumulation of everything you’ve been holding in for too long. Sometimes it shows up physically—as tension, fatigue, or trouble sleeping. Other times it feels emotional, like irritability, anxiety, or simply feeling stuck.

Therapy offers a space to pause. A space that’s just for you, where you don’t have to keep it all together. Together, we can begin to unpack the sources of your stress, explore the expectations you're carrying (from others or yourself), and find ways to manage more sustainably.
