In our sessions, we’ll look at the patterns playing out in your relationship, how you each experience those moments, and how they affect your connection. We can then begin to understand each other’s needs more fully, improve communication, and rebuild trust where it has been shaken.

Relationship therapy is not about taking sides—it’s about creating a safe, balanced space where both of you feel heard, respected, and supported as we explore what’s going on between you.

Sessions last 60 minutes and can take place either in Wantage or online.
