Psychotherapy
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, uncertain, or simply too much to carry alone. As your therapist I am there to act as a witness, actively listening and providing a space for you to explore the way that you as an individual experience the world. Therapy is about YOU, and so I offer an opportunity for you to express what you really feel without fear of repercussions or judgement. It is my job to provide a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that feels safe and supported.

You might come to therapy with something specific in mind, like anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, or loss. Or you might not be sure exactly what’s wrong—only that something doesn’t feel quite right. That’s okay. We can begin wherever you are.

In our sessions, I’ll work alongside you to help make sense of what’s happening, understand how past experiences might be affecting the present, and gently support you in moving toward the changes you’d like to make.

There’s no pressure to have the answers. We go at your pace, and we shape the process together.

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place in-person in Wantage or online.
