My Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in respect, honesty, and collaboration. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is central to the work we do together, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to explore whatever is on your mind—without fear of judgement.
I work integratively, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic theories and methods to meet your individual needs. At the core of my work is a person-centred philosophy, which means I will always treat you with empathy, care, and equality. You are the expert in your own life, and our work together will be shaped by what feels most useful and meaningful to you.
Some sessions might focus on what’s happening for you day-to-day, while others may gently explore past experiences, patterns, or deeper emotional processes. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I’ll adapt my approach as your needs evolve.
Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time, returning after a break, or simply unsure where to start, I will meet you where you are—with openness, curiosity, and care.
Sessions can take place in-person or online, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. I work with adults over 18 and also offer relationship work.
