Qualifications & Training

I hold a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I also hold a certificate in Integrative Couples and Relationship Therapy. Training completed with Mercure Counselling & Training Alliance.​

As an integrative therapist, I have trained in a range of approaches, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT-informed work, which allows me to tailor sessions to the needs of each client.

I also hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Anthropology.​

 

My professional development is ongoing, and I regularly attend further training and supervision to support safe, ethical, and effective practice. I am currently completing a qualification in Integrative Sex and Couples Therapy.
