Depression

Depression can be heavy and isolating. It may leave you feeling numb, hopeless, disconnected, or simply exhausted by daily life. You might not feel like yourself, and the things that used to bring you joy or purpose might no longer feel within reach.

These feelings are deeply human—and they’re also not permanent. In therapy, there’s space to talk openly about how you’re feeling, without having to pretend or minimise what’s going on. Together, we can begin to understand what might be contributing to your low mood and gently work towards lightening the load.

You don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can offer steady support, small steps forward, and a space to reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
