Anxiety

Anxiety can show up in all sorts of ways—racing thoughts, tension in the body, a constant sense of unease, or feeling like you’re stuck in high alert. It can make everyday situations feel difficult and draining, leaving you mentally exhausted and emotionally on edge.

You may not always know why it’s happening, and that in itself can be frustrating. Therapy offers a chance to pause and look beneath the surface. Together, we can explore what might be fuelling your anxiety—whether it’s specific triggers, past experiences, or ongoing patterns—and begin to find ways of understanding and managing it.

You don’t need to “just cope” with anxiety. Talking it through can help you feel more in control, more grounded, and more able to face life with clarity and confidence.
